1. New equipment comes with a 12 month 'back to base' warranty. Refurbished equipment and repairs come with a 3 month 'back to base' warranty
   
   
2. Freight costs to and from Apscan repair centre are payable by the customer unless agreed in advance. Insurance is the responsibility of the customer
   
   
3. All goods remain the property of Apscan until invoice is fully paid
